Company Policies


  • Balances are required to be paid in full 3-days before the pick up.

  • Cancellation of a reservation with deposit has to be seven (7) business days prior to reservation date, otherwise full amount could be forfeited. In any case, deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE. and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders.NO PERSONAL CHECKS .

  • All deposits are half of the total cost.

  • We will need the billing address and CVV code for all credit cards

  • An emailed confirmation will be sent for each reservation

  • A confirmation call will be made the day before each trip by our dispatchers

  • All NO SHOWS will be billed a full rate

  • By allowing Goode Coach (GEMG LLC) to drive for your event, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you and your party. This includes, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, and party any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

  • You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please give written notice ahead of time.

  • All underage parties will require a parent or guardian to sign a liability agreement or prom contract if applicable

  • No beverages will be allowed in the passenger area during an underage party unless a parent or guardian is present in the vehicle

  • NO alcohol is allowed in the vehicle unless all passengers are 21+ with a valid ID

  • The person making the reservation is responsible for making arrangements so that no one in your party is put in a position of driving under the influence.

  • There is a clean up fee $500 for biohazard fluids of any kind.

  • ALL VEHICLES ARE NON-SMOKING. You will be charged a $550 additional cost for smoking in our vehicles. 

  • No kegs are allowed on board any bus

  • No strippers are allowed on any vehicle

  • Please stay seated while the bus is in motion. If you're up dancing and or using the pol while the bus is moving Goode Coach is NOT!! responsible.

  • The "Stripper pole" is for novelty purposes ONLY!! Not an active stripper pole, used for optics purposes.We're not responsible for any injury's or accidents on the pole. USE POLE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

  •  No unlawful behavior or situation will be tolerated in or around our vehicles

  • All bags are subject to search if applicable

  • Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passengers they deem unsafe to others.

  • NO PETS; *SERVICE AND GUIDE dogs assisting handicap passengers, with documentation, are approved for transportation but must bring this to Goode Coach attention prior to booking. Sorry, no other pets or animals of any kind are permitted in any vehicle "without" the express written consent of Goode Coach.Then upon approval, all pets must be in a kennel or pet carrier. Pets "may not" ride freely or be out of the kennel/carrier in any vehicle at any time. Goode Coach hereby expressly disclaims, and you the passenger, hereby expressly release Goode Coach and it's employees from, any and all liability whatsoever for any controversies, claims, suits, injuries, loss, harm and/or damages arising from and/or in any way related to the transportation service provided. You acknowledge and agree that YOUR USE AND/OR PROVISION OF PET CARE  IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. In addition, you the passenger agree that the pet is current with all required shots by law. If the pet has an accident, releases body fluids of any kind, fouls the vehicle's air conditioning, or somehow damages any vehicle, there will be a minimum fee of 250.00 for cleanup and vehicle down time. Additional fees may apply.

  • The company, or its designated representative, is hereby appointed customer’s attorney-in-fact to sign customer’s signature for additional charges to customer’s credit card for damages, overtime, &/or any changes due & not immediately paid by the customer & is expressly empowered & authorized to charge all costs resulting from damages to said credit card.

  • Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the company, its agents or employees, customer hereby waives any and all claims against company, its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages, to customer’s person or property from whatever cause. In addition, customer waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same.

  • Neither the company, its agents or employees shall not be liable for any personal property of the customer or customer’s guests, which are misplaced, damaged or left in the vehicle.

  • You also agree to pay all charges, fees, surcharges, overtime fees and damages. 

  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent &/or customer refuses a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, refund shall be limited a pro rated amount paid by client for that particular vehicle with no further liability to us. In case of an emergency, the company may sub contract his rental to another limousine service.

  • In the event that you refuse to pay your obligations resulting in GEMG LLC DBA (Goode Coach) needing to employ a collection company or an attorney, you agree to fully reimburse GEMG LLC DBA (Goode Coach Limo) all attorney fees, court costs, collection fees and any out of pocket expenses that we may incur. A 2% monthly charge will be added to all unpaid balances.
